Deepen your practice, empower your community & share the gift of yoga.

  • Empowered Leadership

From day one, you’ll begin practice teaching in a supportive, empowering community designed to build your confidence and skill. This training blends practical tools with deep personal growth—helping you discover your voice, lead with purpose, and embody the roots of yoga. You’ll explore power yoga, meditation, anatomy, and ancient teachings, all while forming lifelong connections and stepping into new possibilities for your life and leadership.

  • The Rebel Difference

It’s not just about yoga poses, it’s about integrating mind, body, and soul through a joyful, community-driven, and deeply human approach. We train teachers not just to lead sequences, but to hold sacred space, inspire self-care, and create magic—Rebel style. From day one, you’ll teach, reflect, and grow in an intimate studio setting where you’re not just another number, you’re part of a growing Rebel family. This isn’t just training; It’s a catalyst for who you’re here to become.

Practice hours in addition to (outside of) scheduled in-person weekends will be required as well as attendance of particular types of classes to observe/take notes only.

Hybrid Training for a Deeper Experience

Our Yoga Teacher Training is offered in a hybrid format designed to give you the best of both worlds. Certain lessons that can be absorbed outside the studio will be completed through engaging online modules and quizzes, allowing us to dedicate our in-person time to what matters most—practice, connection, and hands-on learning.

This model not only meets Yoga Alliance requirements but also gives you the flexibility to learn at your own pace while still receiving the full, immersive experience of training together. By streamlining what can be done on your own, we maximize our time in the studio for community, mentorship, and embodied practice—ensuring you leave confident, inspired, and ready to teach.
