Educational Background: Casey has a BS in Psychology from TSU. She has also graduated as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification as well as BUTI and Yin yoga certifications.
Professional Background: With over 7 years of teaching experience, Casey has honed her skills and developed a unique teaching style emphasizing self-inquiry and the freedom found in movement, that resonates deeply with her students.

Netty brings her rich experience and deep understanding of wellbeing to her role as the Founder of Rebel Studios. With her strategic business acumen and passion for yoga and nutrition, Netty is dedicated to creating a holistic and welcoming environment that promotes fitness and faith. To her, this work is a ministry.
Educational Background: Netty holds a BBA from Saginaw Valley State University, over 645 hours in Teacher Certifications and graduated as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
Professional Background: Netty left a two-decade career in marketing and management to pursue her love of teaching, coaching and community.

Amber Adams
200 hour, ButiⓇ, Sound Practitioner
Amber, also known as Lavender, has been teaching yoga for eight years, with a particular passion for BUTI Yoga. She inspires others to embrace their bodies, discover their potential, and take pride in who they are.
Her classes are dynamic and intuitive, tailored to the energy in the room and the participants present. Expect a full-body workout, deep stretches, and a sense of empowerment from her sessions. Amber aims to help people ground themselves, release tension, and shift from their minds to their bodies.
This approach extends to her soundbaths, where she serves as a conduit for healing energy. Amber has multiple certifications in sound and has been practicing for two years. She intuitively plays healing instruments, trusting her training to deliver the frequencies needed to revitalize and relax the nervous system, leaving participants tuned up and ready for growth.
Educational Background: Amber holds two 200 hour teacher trainings, two sound trainings and is trained and certified in BUTI MVNT and 11:11.

Sarah Curtis
RYT 200, Yin Yoga
Sarah's passion for yoga began around 15 years ago during college, as a way to help with anxiety symptoms. Over the years, her practice grew stronger, and she felt led to complete her RYT 200 with Nashville Yoga Co in 2025. Sarah brings her excitement and joy for yoga to every class she leads. She strives to create an inclusive environment where all can enjoy the benefits yoga has to offer.
Educational Background: In addition to her RYT 200 training, Sarah also has training in Yin Yoga. She also holds a BA in Psychology and an MS in Social Work, both from the University of Tennessee. Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, (LCSW) and provides clinical therapy to adolescents and adults, with a focus on the neurodiverse population.
Professional Background: With over 13 years in the mental health field, Sarah is skilled in empathy, building rapport, and meeting people where they are. She is committed to making yoga accessible to all, and strives to offer variations and supports to help clients receive the best experience possible.

Katie Miller
200 Hour, Baptiste, Hot Pilates
Katie began her yoga journey in 2010, discovering it was far more than physical exercise—it was a path to personal growth. Through yoga, she cultivated strength, flexibility, and fearlessness in all areas of her life. Inspired by her own transformation, Katie is passionate about sharing this practice with others.
Her goal is to help students cultivate mindfulness and freedom in their bodies, creating a space where all, from beginners to advanced, feel empowered. Her teaching blends dynamic movement with mindful breathwork, encouraging connection between body and mind.
Educational Background: Certified through the emPower School of Yoga in 2015 with over 200 hours of training, Katie has since taught at various studios.
Professional Background: Katie brings a wealth of experience as a licensed occupational therapist, with expertise in geriatrics. She is also a certified lymphedema specialist. Her understanding of anatomy and body mechanics allows her to tailor her classes to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring a safe and supportive practice.

Darian Lance
200 hour, Power Vinyasa
Darian Lance began practicing yoga in 2017 after breaking her foot in a fall. While initially yoga was meant to be strength training for walking again, she found that yoga benefitted in her more ways than just the physical body. Through yoga, she found tools that helped her navigate a stressful career and anxiety disorder.
Darian aims to create an environment in which all students are able to meet themselves on their mat and feel empowered to listen to their bodies, whether that means engaging in a fast-paced flow or soaking in the infrared heat while in child's pose.
Educational Background: Darian has a graduate degree in educational leadership from Tennessee Tech and an undergraduate degree in elementary education from East Tennessee State. In 2024, Darian earned her 200 hour RYT certificate through Fahrenheit Yoga Studio.
Professional Background: After 9 years of experience as an elementary school teacher and mathematics coach, Darian is now a mathematics curriculum writer.

Kris Wheeler
RYT 200, Hot 26, Yin
Kris Wheeler began practicing yoga in 2016, finding it a source of strength, balance and breath. When her husband was diagnosed with an incurable blood cancer in 2014 and underwent a bone marrow transplant, yoga became an even more vital part of her life, helping her navigate the emotional and physical demands of caregiving. This journey inspired her to become a teacher, with a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga with others.
Kris aims to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where students can connect with their breath, body, and inner strength, guiding them toward healing, resilience and mindfulness.
Educational Background: In 2020, Kris earned her RYT 200 certification with Yoga Alliance.
Professional Background: With a 34-year career in finance and business management, Kris currently owns and operates her own company helping businesses and individuals find stability in their business and personal finances. She believes that there is wellness in financial stability just as there is in health.

Stephanie Davis
200 Hour, Prenatal Yoga, Holy Yoga
Stephanie started her yoga journey in high school, doing DVDs in the early mornings before school started. She studied meditation in college, searching for ways to connect devotion with motion.
After having her first child, Stephanie committed to teaching vinyasa and learning prenatal yoga. She’s adept at weaving music, anatomy, and an inspiring message into the practice. Her greatest passion is to bring connection back to God and one’s higher self.
Educational Background: Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and she’s received an Executive Education from Yale. She’s certified in vinyasa, prenatal and postpartum yoga. She’s also trained in Holy Yoga, which is a Christ-centered yoga.
Professional Background: Stephanie spent a decade running her business in Brand Strategy in New York, before centering on growing her family here in Tennessee. She is an author and speaker, and just really enjoys yoga.

Meghan O'Brien
RYT-200, Prenatal Yoga Teacher
Meghan has been practicing yoga for well over a decade, bringing both depth of experience and genuine passion to every class she teaches. She completed her RYT-200 certification at the Church of Yoga in New Orleans, where she studied the dynamic Lotus Flow method and discovered a love for inspired movement.
Meghan designs her Vinyasa classes to be both powerful and accessible. Each flow integrates energizing, strength-building sequences with purposeful moments of rest, allowing students to reset, recharge, and return to movement with greater clarity and resilience. Her teaching style is fast paced yet grounding, always with an emphasis on cultivating lasting strength and sustainable practice.
As both a parent and a dedicated runner, Meghan brings a unique perspective to her teaching. She has supported women in prenatal and postnatal stages of life, helping them stay strong and connected to their bodies, and has worked with athletes who seek to balance intensity with recovery. Her classes invite students of all backgrounds to build strength, restore balance, and discover how yoga can support every stage of life.
