For the safety and flow of class, our doors lock 2 minutes before the scheduled class start time. Once class begins, latecomers are not able to be let in. This helps teachers start on time, avoid interruptions, and maintain a focused, safe environment for everyone practicing.

Rebel teachers are only on-site around their scheduled class or appointment times. If you need to connect with us outside of class, please email us or message through the Rebel app to make an appointment.

You may occasionally see people in the building even when the studio door is locked — this is often due to studio rentals, private sessions, or venue use, and does not mean the studio is open for general access.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early whenever possible to get settled and ensure you don’t miss class. We truly appreciate your understanding as we balance consistency, safety, and respect for everyone’s practice.

Absolutely! If your friend has never visited the studio, they can even come for FREE (they’ll just need their own user account).

In your Momence app, tap the “Refer & Earn” button and share your unique member link with them. They can click the link to sign up for their first class on us!

And, if they send $20+ at the studio after their first visit, you’ll earn $20 in Rebel Money Credits on your account as a “thank you”!

Unlimited Members may have guest passes - check your Momence account!

We ask that all members pre-register for class in your Momence account so that your teachers and instructors can prepare well for you and to ensure there is enough space.

If you can't make it, simply cancel up to 1 hour before class starts - no questions asked!

If you cancel within the 1-hour timeframe, you will lose your session or be charged a $5 fee depending on your membership.

If you no-show without cancelling in Momence, or fail to sign yourself in at the welcome desk, you will be charged a $5 fee regardless of your membership status.

This policy differs for private services and special events which may be non-refundable or will have a 24 hour cancellation requirement.

At Rebel Studios, we value your time, energy and commitment to your practice. To ensure fairness for all members and honor the integrity of our classes, we have the following policies in place:

LATE CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: Group Classes

• Early Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation at least 1 hour before class starts with no penalty.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 1 hour of class start time will incur a $5 fee (or loss of a class for class pack holders).

• No-Shows: If you do not show up for class and have not canceled, a $5 fee (or loss of a class for class pack holders) will apply.

LATE CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: Workshops/Private Sessions

• Early Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty. A session credit will be issued to your Rebel Studios Momence account for future use. Please note: refunds to the original form of payment are not available.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at the full price of the session. An additional $5 fee may apply.

• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your session and have not canceled, you will still be charged the full price of the session. An additional $5 fee may apply.

WAITLIST COURTESY

If you are added to a class from the waitlist but can no longer attend, please cancel as soon as possible to allow another member to take your spot.

EMERGENCIES & EXCEPTIONS

At Rebel, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

• Classes or class packages

• Workshops or special events

• Appointments (coaching, private sessions, etc.)

• Retail purchases

We understand that life happens — if you're unable to attend a class or event you registered for, we encourage you to cancel in advance within the cancellation window (if applicable) or reach out to us to explore possible credit or rescheduling options when available.

If canceling within the cancellation window, you will be refunded in class credits or money credits to your Rebel Momence account.

The only exception: If Rebel has to cancel an event, class or appointment, and cannot offer a reschedule, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

If you pay with ACH or Direct Debit by linking your bank account, Rebel covers all your processing fees.

We have blocks, bolsters, soft foam rollers , soft therapy balls and magic circles for you to use for your classes.

We have mats, mat towels and body towels to rent for a $5 fee. Free rental is available to Unlimited Members.

We also have bottled water, recovery drinks and electrolytes for sale.

At Rebel, most yoga classes are 60 minutes and link postures with breath. They are inspired by Baptiste yoga and involve multiple styles of yoga all together, such as Iyengar, Ashtanga and Bikram.

The room is heated to 90-94 degrees with therapeutic infrared panels. This heat is intended to help you stretch without injury, condition organs, increase circulation, provide pain relief and get out of your comfort zone.

All levels, even beginners, are welcomed.

Heated classes can be amazing experiences, but they’re not always for everyone.

If you’re pregnant, have heart or respiratory issues, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, are extremely sensitive to heat, or are under 14 years of age, please check with your doctor before joining a hot class.

Always listen to your body, take breaks when needed and stay hydrated. If you're unsure, reach out—we're happy to help you choose the right classes for you.

Yes, your teen (age 14 and up) is welcome to join the classes with you, provided they can follow along, stay on their mat, and respect others during the practice.

However, please note that kiddos 14 and under are not recommended for classes involving infrared heat, so be sure to select an appropriate session. You can easily enroll your child through your Momence account.

Our practice starts in the parking lot!

If the parking lot is full, there is also parking available in the Campbell Station Shopping Mall on Spedale Court (where Pizza Hut is located). You can walk across the street and enter the plaza on the side of Blind Tiger Tattoo.

Please do not walk across Main St. for safety reasons. Please do not park in the preschool parking lot your vehicle will be towed.

Please also refrain from parking directly in front of the appointment-based businesses on the opposite side of our parking lot.
